Best jogging/all terrain stroller for under $180?
My mom is getting my 5 month old a new jogging/allterrain stroller for Christmas. It can be up to $180. Any reccommendations? I'm confused by all the reviews! I actually DO NOT run, but love to walk. I live in New Orleans, where the oak trees and subsidence make the sidewalks like mountain trails. A swiveling front wheel and durable tires are a must.

The handle adjusts for different heights (grandpa is 6'2" and uses it comfortably, I'm 5'3" and use it comfortably. I'm a walker, not a jogger or runner, and I have put hundreds of miles on it over the last 4 years. It fits in the trunk of my Corolla. I love the swivel front tire too.
