Running Baby Stroller

How can I keep my baby warm in the winter months while I'm running?
Aside from one of those really expensive stroller covers, what have you guys done? I live in WI and it gets really cold here! I'm by myself with him most of the time and can't afford a treadmill so please don't suggest running indoors or a gym because it isn't an option.
Oh and also he's 7 1/2 months right now.
Hey I live in WI too! : ) I would use a snowsuit for sure and a good hat that cover the ears! And of course don't go out at all when we get those temps that are below 10 degrees! Thats to cold for a little one!
